Our custom creations require time for design and execution, so we recommend booking as early as possible. We strongly suggest booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your date on the calendar and ensure we have the materials necessary for your vision. If you have a confirmed event date and venue but are undecided on the type of balloon décor you want, you can reserve your date with a $200 deposit. This allows us to secure your spot, and we can finalize the details later!

Please notice, If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least two weeks prior to your event and we will apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than two weeks from your event are no longer eligible to rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable.
